If you’ve ever laid there at 2am, wide awake and thought:
…and on, and on.
Then you’ve landed here for a reason.
Here, you won’t find excuses - you’ll find reasons. You’ll find time. And you’ll find you again.
I’m Sarah, certified Life Purpose Coach, and this is my slightly rebellious but grounded space - a place that offers you a permission slip to do what the f*ck you like with your life, in ways that actually fit the one you’re living.
I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count - sometimes by choice, often through necessity.
You can read more about that on the About Me page. For now, have a look around. Take the "which Reset Do You Need Quiz". Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.
And know this: I’ll be here if you need an ear.

It’s a place to come back to yourself - in ways that fit real, busy, midlife lives.
Here you’ll find:
Micro-resets, gentle reflections and simple tools that help you slow your breathing, clear your head and feel a bit more like you again - even on the busiest days.
Not clinical. Not preachy. Just grounded, practical support for the physical, emotional and identity shifts that tend to show up at this stage of life - often uninvited.
You don’t have to settle.
And you don’t have to burn everything down either.
Through real-life examples, quiet encouragement and lived experience, you’ll see what’s possible when you give yourself permission to choose differently - one step at a time.
There’s no right way to do this.
Take what you need. Leave what you don’t. Come back when you’re ready.
Some women start with a five-minute pause. Others explore deeper reflections, rituals or longer resets. All of it counts.
If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s OK. You don’t need to do everything.
You don’t need a plan. You just need a starting point that fits today.
Start small. Start curious. Start where you are.

For the days when everything feels full and you’ve got five minutes - not an hour.
Small pauses, micro-resets and gentle tools to help you breathe, settle and come back to yourself without adding another thing to your to-do list.

For when you know something’s shifting - hormonally, emotionally, or quietly in the background - and you want grounded support without the overwhelm.
Practical, down-to-earth tools for navigating midlife and menopause in ways that feel human, not clinical.

For when you don’t want to do anything - you just want to feel less alone in what you’re thinking.
Reflections, stories and gentle nudges that remind you you’re not late, broken or behind.
And I don’t believe in waiting until everything’s perfect before you begin.
I live this work alongside a real, ordinary life - a job, responsibilities, creative projects, quiet ambitions and seasons where energy comes and goes.
Some days that looks like small rituals and five-minute pauses.
Other days it looks like building something meaningful, learning as I go, and choosing differently - slowly, imperfectly, and on my own terms.
I don’t do one thing.
And you don’t have to either.
I share what I’m learning, what’s working, and what’s changing - not as a blueprint to follow, but as proof that midlife can be a place of choice, creativity and becoming.
You’re allowed to want calm.
You’re allowed to want more.
And you’re allowed to take your time figuring out what that looks like.

You don’t need to know what’s next. And you definitely don’t need to rush.
If something here has made you pause, breathe, or feel a tiny flicker of recognition - that’s enough for now.
Have a look around. Come back when you need to. Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t.
Midlife isn’t a deadline. It’s a doorway. And you’re welcome here whenever you’re ready.
